3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The collection and processing of Personal Data on the website (included through the email addresses contained therein) is intended for: (i) recruiting and selecting candidates and (ii) sending, upon request by the user, proposals (hereinafter in abbreviation designated as "Purposes"), whereby the completion of the form corresponding to each of the Purposes and/or sending the curriculum vitae in the case of the collection and processing of Personal Data for the purposes of recruiting and selecting candidates constitutes express prior consent to processing of the Personal Data provided.

If the user expressly and previously consents to the processing of his/her Personal Data (consent which may, at any time, be withdrawn), SGFC undertakes to process the Personal Data to the extent and for the time necessary to carry out the Purposes.

In this sense, SGFC does not request or encourage in any place the submission of personal data relating to philosophical or political beliefs, party or union affiliation, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as the processing of data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data, so if you provide them to SGFC, we cannot be held responsible for their treatment under this privacy policy.

Without prejudice to other forms of contact with SGFC, the non-provision of Personal Data by the user prevents SGFC from considering you for the purposes of recruiting/sending proposals and/or other information, depending on the applicable situation.

4. Preservation of Personal Data

The period of time for which Personal Data is stored and retained varies according to the Purposes.

Thus, the Personal Data processed for the recruitment and selection of candidates may be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the Purpose, without prejudice to the holder's right at any time to request that the data be deleted.

5. Right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and right of portability of Personal Data

The user is guaranteed, at any time, the right to access his Personal Data, as well as the respective rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and/or opposition to the processing. 6. Security in the processing of Personal Data

SGFC is committed to ensuring the security and protection of Personal Data sent through the website, having adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures for the purpose, namely: (i) protection of access through passwords, (ii) use of certifications digital, (iii) physical entry restrictions on the locations where the servers that store the Personal Data are located; (iv) firewalls, (v) secure communication via https protocol. These security measures are reviewed and updated according to the needs and state of the art in these matters.
